Through the website MASTER-TRAVEL provide an online platform through which all types of temporary accommodations (for example hotels, motels, hostels and bed & breakfasts, collectively the "accommodation(s)"), can advertise their rooms for reservation, and through which visitors to the website can make such reservations. By making a reservation through bnbtrieste.com, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the accommodation provider at which you book.. From the point at which you make your reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the provider, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant accommodation provider and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the accommodation provider.
When rendering our services, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by accommodation providers. As such, the accommodation providers are given access to an extranet through which they are fully responsible for updating all rates, availability and other information which is displayed on our website. MASTER-TRAVEL makes every possible effort to update the content of the site and its theme sites (sub-domains of hotel-bb.com) and to provide users with information which is as accurate, detailed and complete as possible. However, it is possible that certain information present on the site may be out of date or inaccurate: the user must use prudently the information published on the website bnbtrieste.com and to carry out any checks under his own responsibility. MASTER-TRAVEL nor can be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each accommodation provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates and availability) displayed on our website. 2. Prices, Crossed-Out Rates and Best Price Guarantee
The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the bnbtrieste.com website are per room for your entire stay and are displayed including VAT tax and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on our website or in the confirmation email. The rates published on bb-trieste.com website may refer to the entire stay, when the user specifies the dates of arrival and departure, or to bed one night, when the dates of arrival and departure are not specified, and with reference to the maximum number of occupants indicated in the description of the accommodation. Applicable taxes may be charged by the accommodation in case of a no-show or cancellation fee when it is required by contract terms. Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our website for a specific stay at a property, however, these rates made by accommodations providers may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example in respect to cancellation and refund. Please check the room and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
Our service is free of charge for the user/guest. MASTER-TRAVEL will not charge you for our service or add any additional (reservation) fees to the room rate. The available payment method (credit card or bank transfer) may include accessories costs or commissions as per contract with bank or credit card company institute.
Accommodation providers pay a commission (a small percentage of the room price to MASTER-TRAVEL after the guest has stayed at (and paid) the property.
If applicable and available, certain accommodation providers offer the opportunity for reservations to be paid wholly or partly through confirmatory advance payment equal to the 30% of the total amount (at least the amount of one night). In the case of confirmatory advance the balance must be paid directly to the hotel booked, according to the information that the user / guest will receive when booking. For certain (non-refundable) rates or special offers, please note that accommodation providers may require that payment is made upfront by wire transfer (if available) or by credit card
In some cases the user/guest may be requested to leave his credit card information to guarantee the reservation and those data may be transmitted to the structure owner . In this case the owner also has the right to request authorization of availability of a guarantee sum equal to the higher amount either 30% of the whole stay or the cost of the first night. In no cases will the amount be charged except for cancellations not respecting the cancellation policy terms.
The credit card information are securely and confidentially processed by our server and by the operators. Before making the reservation, the user/guest should check carefully such conditions in the room and rates details.
By making a booking with an accommodation provider, the user/customer accepts and agrees the rules of cancellation and no-show policy, and any additional terms and conditions that could be applied to your reservation or during your stay, including the services rendered and/or products offered by the accommodation provider. The general cancellation and no-show policy of each accommodation provider is mentioned on the information page regarding the mentioned provider, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. By choosing certain rates or special offers cancellations or booking modifications could not be allowed; therefore we invites the user / customer to thoroughly check for any of special conditions in the room reservation detail before making a reservation. Applicable city/tourist tax may still be charged by the accommodation in the event of a no-show or charged cancellation. Please note that a reservation requiring down payment or total or partial prepayment could be cancelled (without a prior notice of default or warning) whether the amount cannot be collected within the deadline in accordance with the payment policy of the accommodation specified during the reservation. Late payment, wrong bank, wrong debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds could cause the reservation cancellation and the user/customer shall not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the accommodation provider agrees or allows different solutions as per their (pre)payment and cancellation policy. The user/customer can review, modify or cancel his reservation, access his e-mail confirmation and check the instructions contained therein. The hotel may charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the accommodation provider's cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy or not be entitled to any repayment of any (pre)paid amount. Before making a reservation, the user/customer is recommended to carefully read the rules concerning the cancellation, the advance payment and the non-submission provided by the accommodation provider, and is invited to regularly remit the additional payments, when required by specific booking.
By making a booking the user / customer agrees to receive an e-mail before your arrival date, containing information about his destination and further suggestions and offers (even by third parties, if he actively opted in for this) relating to his reservation and destination. Specifically the user / customer will receive system communications, whether or not automatic, related to an availability request to one or more affiliated structures, the confirmation of availability of one or more structures affiliated and the confirmation of the correct booking procedure in case of completion of a reservation. After the reservation the user / customer also agrees to receive an email after his stay, with the invitation to leave his feedback to the structure. The user / customer can access to and use these websites exclusively under his own responsibility.
8. Ranking and guest reviews
The user / customer is encouraged to leave its feedback associated with his full name, just the first name, or anonymously. The feedback can be related to the accommodation, services, hospitality, but also to the location and the overall experience. The user who leaves a feedback agrees that this review will be published and can be read by other users of the website and by the involved accommodation provider. The reviews will contribute to create an overall assessment of the structure according to the guests opinion. Reviews and opinions can only be expressed by users of the booking service who actually stayed in the structure.
THE SITE, THE APPLICATION AND SERVICES INCLUDE AN ONLINE PLATFORM THROUGH WHICH OWNERS CAN CREATE AND PUBLISH ADS CONCERNING THEIR ACCOMODATIONS AND GUESTS CAN GET INFORMATION AND BOOK THESE ACCOMMODATIONS DIRECTLY WITH THE OWNERS. THE USER/GUEST UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT MASTER-TRAVEL IS NOT PART OF ANY CONTRACT BETWEEN OWNERS AND GUESTS AND MASTER-TRAVEL IS NOT REAL ESTATE BROKER, AGENT OR INSURER. MASTER-TRAVEL HAS NO CONTROL ON THE CONDUCT OF OWNERS, GUESTS, AND OTHER USERS OF THE SITE, THE APPLICATION OR OF THE SERVICES NOR ON ANY LODGING AND EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY IN THIS RESPECT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
However and to the extent permitted by law, MASTER-TRAVEL shall not be liable for (a) any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim, (b) any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the accommodation provided on our website, (c) the services rendered or the products offered by the accommodation provider or other business partners, (d) any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by the user/customer, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website, or (e) any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by the user/customer, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, wilful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the accommodation or any of our other business partners (including any of their employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated companies) whose products or service are (directly or indirectly) made available, offered or promoted on or through the website, including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.
Whether the accommodation charges the customer (or has already charged) the cost of the room, or that payment is managed by MASTER-TRAVEL, the user/customer accepts and acknowledges that it is always the structure responsibility to collect, retain, forward and pay to the competent authorities applicable taxes, calculated based on the total price of the room. MASTER-TRAVEL is not liable or responsible for the collection, the delay the sending or the payment to the competent authorities of the applicable fees to the room rate.
By providing his data to the website bb-trieste.com, the user / customers agrees his name, photos and all information entered on the site may be published. The data entered during the booking procedure may be used by MASTER-TRAVEL in accordance with the Privacy Policy the user declares that he read and agreed. MASTER-TRAVEL exclusive detains the ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to all intellectual property rights related to the look and infrastructure of the website providing the services (including the guest reviews and translated content). The user/customer is not entitled to copy, modify, link to, publish, promote, market, integrate, utilize, combine or otherwise use the content or our brand without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of materials and information found on the web site may be considered a violation of intellectual property rights, industrial, privacy and other applicable laws. In case of any of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, loses validity, is or becomes non-binding, the user/customer will continue to comply with all other provisions hereof. In this case such invalid provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the user/customer will at least agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable or non-binding provision, given the contents and purpose of these terms and conditions.
