Between 1784 and 1787 the greek-Eastern Rite church of St. Nicholas of the Greeks was built: unfinished consecrated and restored several times is caraterized by the façade with a low tympanum supported by ionic pilasters. It was completed between 1819 and 1821 by M. Petrtsch who enriched the structure with the two bell towers and the gate; after his intervention the building acquired a neoclassical imprint. The interior continued to be enriched through time, until the second half of the nineteenth century reaching the opulence that currently characterizes it. Noteworthy are the silver iconostasis chiseled with the figures of Christ, Mary and the saints Baptist, George, Nicholas and Spiridon, and the two paintings on the walls of Cesare Dell'Acqua.
