In 1944 the villa became the property of the town thanks to the legacy of Baroness Anna Segrè Sartorio; Venetian reminiscences of the Palladian structure can be stilll found in the villa plant, even after the restoration carried out between 1820 and 1838 by Nicholas Pertsch which conferred the elegant late Neo-Classical appearance with prominent porticoes with three arches and terrace above the two entrances. Inside the atrium takes place the large wooden structure staircase that replaced in the twenties the old stone and leads to the median living room with an exit to the garden; the sides of the entrances to the side rooms. The villa houses some exhibitions in the environments renewed according to the original aspect of the nineteenth century.
